Hey there! I’m Augustine, a healer based in Bangalore, India. Healing, for me, is more than just a practice — it’s a calling. Over the years, I’ve come to realize how deeply our emotions shape our thoughts, our relationships, and even our health. I work with people who feel stuck, burdened, or disconnected from themselves, and I help them find peace and clarity within.
I mainly practice Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Ho’oponopono, two powerful methods that help release emotional pain, old patterns, and inner blockages.
Through my sessions, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves and experience healing on a deeper level. I believe everyone has the power to heal; sometimes, we just need a little guidance to remember how.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a simple yet powerful healing method that helps release emotional pain, stress, and limiting beliefs. It combines gentle tapping on specific energy points on the body (o acupuncture points) while focusing on the thoughts or emotions that are causing distress.
By doing this, EFT helps calm the mind, relax the body, and restore emotional balance. It can be used to deal with anxiety, fear, sadness, or even past traumatic memories. Many people find it easy to learn and use, making it a practical tool for everyday emotional well-being.

Ho‘oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing practice that focuses on forgiveness, love, and inner peace. The word Ho‘oponopono means “to make right” or “to correct a mistake.” It is based on the idea that our outer world reflects our inner thoughts and emotions — when we heal ourselves from within, our world begins to heal too.
The practice involves releasing negative emotions, guilt, and resentment, allowing deep emotional and spiritual healing.
Ho‘oponopono is more than just a technique — it’s a way of living with compassion, acceptance, and self-responsibility.
