What are mental struggles?

Mental struggles are the inner challenges we face in our thoughts and emotions. They can show up as stress, anxiety, sadness, confusion, or self-doubt that affect the way we think, feel, and behave. These struggles often come from past experiences, fears, or the pressure of life’s situations. If we ignore them, they can make our daily life feel heavy and stressful.

Healing from mental struggles means finding out what causes them, letting go of emotional pain, and learning healthier ways to think and react. With proper understanding and support, these struggles can actually help us grow, find peace, and become emotionally stronger.

Is mental struggles common?

Mental struggles are more common than most people think. Almost everyone goes through moments of emotional pain, confusion, or anxiety, but many choose to keep it hidden. People often stay silent about their struggles because they’re afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or seen as weak. Society sometimes teaches us to appear strong on the outside, even when we’re hurting inside. But real strength comes from accepting our feelings and taking steps to heal.

It takes true courage to open up and ask for help — and that’s exactly what you’ve done. By doing this, you’re not only taking care of your own mind and heart but also inspiring others to do the same.

If I am struggling mentally do I need to take professional help? If so why?

If you’re going through mental or emotional struggles, reaching out for professional help is one of the best choices you can make. Just like we see a doctor when our body is sick, our mind also needs care and attention. A trained professional can help you understand what’s really going on behind your thoughts and emotions.

They offer a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly, heal, and find clarity without being judged. With the right guidance, you can learn useful ways to handle stress, face your fears, and rebuild your confidence. Asking for professional help doesn’t mean you’re weak — it means you’re strong enough to choose healing, peace, and a better life.

I am not comfortable with sharing personal information. So how can you help me?

As healers, we strictly follow confidentiality rules. We are not allowed to share any client’s information with anyone without their permission. So you can be completely sure that your information is safe with us.

However, if you still prefer not to share your personal details, that’s perfectly fine. There are ways to work on your issues and help you heal without you having to reveal any personal information. So please don’t let this stop you from getting the help and healing you need.

What are live sessions?

A live session is when we meet online through a chat or video call and have our session together. It’s almost like meeting face-to-face. Each session usually lasts for about an hour.

What is Self-Paced session?

Some people may not feel comfortable joining live online sessions. They prefer to keep their sessions private and move at their own pace. For such people, there are self-paced sessions. In these sessions, instead of meeting live, you’ll receive text, audio, and video materials. These include guided sessions, clear instructions, and feedback forms to help you through the process. This type of program is called a self-paced session.

What is the duration of the treatment?

The duration of the treatment depends on a few factors — the type of issue, how intense it is, and how open the person is to the therapy sessions. So it’s hard to fix an exact number of sessions in advance.

However, within a month, you will definitely start noticing some changes. After completing the first month, we can then decide together whether the course needs to be continued or extended further.

If I book a 1 month session does that mean that I will have a session everyday?

If you’ve booked a one-month session, it doesn’t mean you’ll have sessions every single day. During the first few days (except Sundays), we’ll meet daily. After that, the sessions might be held on alternate days or once every two days — it depends on how you respond to the exercises and the overall progress you make. The schedule can change from person to person based on their specific needs of the healing process.

Why do have a pay per-session option?

You might have noticed that this option is available only in India. That’s because many people here are often hesitant to spend money when it comes to getting help for mental or emotional struggles. They usually prefer to try things out first instead of committing to a full month of sessions right away.

To make it easier for them, I’ve added the pay-per-session option. This way, people can attend a session, experience how it works, and then decide if they want to continue further.

What is there a post paid option?

This option is also available only for people in India. Some individuals prefer not to pay anything upfront until they experience the session for themselves. Unfortunately, this mindset often stops them from exploring helpful options for healing.

I don’t want such people to miss the chance to free themselves from the struggles they’re facing. That’s why I’ve introduced the postpaid option, which allows them to attend the session first and make the payment afterward.

So how does the post paid option work?

In the postpaid option, you simply register the same way you do for the other plans. After registration, we start the sessions just like in the monthly plans. You won’t need to make any payment at the beginning.

Once you’ve attended a couple of sessions, you can decide whether the sessions have been helpful for you or not.

If you feel that the sessions have benefited you, you can then make the payment for the entire month and continue the program.

If you feel that the sessions haven’t helped you at all, you have three choices:

  1. Option 1: Pay only for the sessions you’ve already attended, at the per-session rate, let us know you wish to discontinue, and then stop.

  2. Option 2: Decide for yourself how much the sessions were worth, pay that amount for the sessions you attended, let us know you wish to discontinue, and then stop.

  3. Option 3: If you feel you don’t want to pay anything for the sessions you attended, you can simply inform us and stop — no questions asked.

This approach ensures you feel comfortable and confident before making any commitment.
